The termination of business is July, 2014.

Shouhai company is one member of China sailor dispatching coordination organization. The company has a sailor team consisting 200 sailors with the professional certificates internationally recognized. All the sailors have participated in the ISM and AMOS training, more than 100 among them graduated from Dalian Maritime Affairs University, ShangHai Occean Shipping Institute and JiMei Navigation Institute, etc.
